You can now purchase your team apparel using our Internet store. There is NO minimum piece requirements, nor any minimum invoice required. The club manages this system of uniform sales for the conveniences of the club’s members and sends all orders directly to Ace Jerseys Inc. Cost associated with the PayPal system and shipping fees are added to each order. Separate charge for shipping will be accrued per order. Using the PayPal system allows our members to use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and E-Check. Fort Zumwalt West Inline Hockey Club requires each player to obtain and maintain their individual uniforms.

Each player is responsible to obtain a uniform set, that consist of : Home Jersey, Away Jersey, Inline Pants, Practice Jersey (Light) and a Practice Jersey (Dark). Obsolete game jerseys can be worn for practice jerseys, therefore, one would not need to purchase the new practice jerseys. Goalies can substitute the Inline Pants for the Shells / Goalie Pants. Each player must have their uniform set by the first season game. Each jersey will require an individual number, which is assigned to the player by the club. Each jersey will require the players surname on the upper rear shoulder area of the jersey. No nicknames or first names will be permitted, without consent of the coaching staff. The first initial of the player’s first name will be allowed. To accommodate the need of extending the future use of a jersey, name patches will be available to cover an existing name of a player with a new player name. This will allow the exchange of uniforms between players as they grow out of them, or desire to change numbers.

Uniforms can be purchased in advance of evaluations or purchased during evaluations (as scheduled). Please do not order a jersey without being assigned a number from the club. Purchasing a piece of the uniform does not guarantee any acceptance of any player on to any team. Each player must be appointed to a team upon the results of the evaluation process each season. Ordering any uniform piece prior to being appointed to a team, is at the decision of the player and or parents.

PROCEDURES FOR

NUMBER ASSIGNMENTS

1) The reservation process will require the player to request a first choice, second choice and a third choice. The open numbers will be reserved in order that they are received, according to their time of submission. The reservation of a jersey number DOES NOT constitute the appointment of any player to any club team.

2) The purchase of any jersey or pants will NOT be required to reserve a number.

3.) NO uniforms will be required until a player has been assigned to a team. The club does not recommend the purchase of any uniform prior to the player being assigned to a team. Players will be assigned to a team at the end of the evaluation sessions.

4.) During the evaluation process, the players will have the opportunity to try-on the various jersey sizes. Instructions will be available at tryouts on how to order the uniforms within a timely manner.

5.) Players without reserved jersey numbers will be assigned an open number at the time of their order.

6.) Players will be required to obtain and maintain a uniform set throughout the season. Each uniform set will consist of: home jersey (white), away jersey (purple), inline pants. Practice jersey (light) and a practice jersey (dark) are not mandatory. The uniforms should be worn with care, for the game jerseys and pants should be presentable at all times.

Players will reserve their jersey number until they relinquish such number or till they leave the club.
